Why book an appointment with classic massage?
The classic massage relaxes the muscles, and creates an environment in which the body can recover.
It is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.
It is a way of getting rid of tension and enhancing the natural recovery of the body. During a soft massage, the body creates Oxytocine, the happiness hormone which will make you feel full of joy.
The techniques include circular pressure applied by the hands and palms, firm kneading, percussion-like tapping, bending and stretching.
It may loosen up tight musles caused by daily activities such as sitting at the computer or exercising. It can be very helpful for people who hold a lot of tension in their:
- lower back
- shoulders
- neck
Hard or soft
Soft (myk): Relaxation massage is good, if you to relax or have a lot of stress in your body. Order “myk klassisk massasje” .

Sportsmassage
Sportsmassage (Norwegian: idrettsmassasje) is more or less the same as hard, but it also include stretching.
